An exciting opportunity has arisen within our HR Business Partner Team which would suit a dynamic and dedicated HR professional with CIPD level 3 or equivalent HR qualification and/or extensive relevant experience.
The role involves delivering advice and support to the Business Partner team, Council managers and employees on pay and terms and conditions of employment issues. Tasks include assisting in the delivery of HR queries and providing direct advice and guidance to managers in relation to HR policies and procedures, providing resilience across the team and support in the development, job evaluations and upkeep of the HR pages on the intranet in the shared services at Medway and Gravesham Councils.
The post holder will be expected to work across both Medway and Gravesham sites.
