We are looking for a Finance and Projects Manager to manage and develop the Parking Service area. To undertake financial and project management functions that contribute to an efficient, effective and safe service provision, within agreed policies, programmes and resources.

The Finance and Project Manager will be expected to take responsibility for key activities such as;

Providing analytical support to the Parking Manager to help drive business performance. Effective management of the Parking Account (Income Targets & Budgetary Control)

Working with the Parking Manager on all financial aspects of business planning, budgeting and regular forecasting.

Prepare contract documents, supervise administration of appropriate contracts, including cost/budget monitoring.

Provide and implement feasibility solutions for management projects and generate improvement proposals.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work with colleagues at all levels. Individuals should be driven and motivated with strong financial reporting and analytical experience. To establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders and relevant partners to ensure programmes progress to plan. Attention to detail and accuracy.
