Carers FIRST is a leading carer’s organisation delivering services across Medway, Lincolnshire, Waltham Forest and Essex. We provide a wide range of information, advice and support to people of all ages who are looking after a relative or friend who could not manage without their help. We have grown significantly over recent years and are now looking for exceptional candidates to join our Operational Team.

If you would like to work for an organisation that makes a real difference to people’s lives, have previous experience working collaboratively with statutory and voluntary sector partners and working within the health and social care sector to provide patients appropriate support when needed, then this is the role for you.

Candidates will need to provide Health and Social Care professionals with the information, advice and training around the brokerage service and promote referrals. You will also be required to provide a responsive and reliable service to help prevent patients that need care from requiring residential or hospital stays.

You will be given full training that will enable you to provide this service.

In return, you will benefit from working for a not-for-profit organisation that delivers a service which makes a real difference to people’s lives. We offer training and development to help you grow your career, good annual leave entitlement, flexible working options, childcare vouchers, access to our employee assistance programme, work place pension and a Benenden Healthcare package.
