Admin Assistant (Children's Services)
We are looking for a full time permanent administrative support assistant to provide administration support across children’s social care based at Broadside, Chatham Maritime.
Duties will include:
Meet & greet visitors
Arranging meetings including booking rooms
Sorting, scanning & uploading post to the service’s case management system
Deal efficiently, politely & courteously with telephone queries and other requests for information in order to ensure that service performance levels are met, working closely at times with the social work teams.
Ordering & processing documentation for the Children in Care teams
Sending out letters & correspondence to carers and service users
