Social Worker - Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub

This is a fantastic time to be joining Medway as a Social Worker in our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub Team (MASH). 

As a registered social worker with Social Work England and at least one year’s experience, you will be able to safeguard vulnerable children and support them to achieve their full potential, living within their family if safe to do so. You will also be able to provide a high quality and effective professional casework service, taking responsibility for working and managing a caseload within a framework of appropriate supervision, dependent upon the complexities of these cases and the social worker’s experience.

In return you will be supported through regular individual and reflective team supervision, dedicated administrative support and excellent training opportunities to support you with your career development.
