LADO and Education Safeguarding Manager
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced LADO and Education Safeguarding Manager to work in our Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service. Reporting to the Head of QA and Safeguarding, your role will be central in ensuring that high professional standards are maintained within Safeguarding and Quality Assurance and throughout Children’s Services.
You will be responsible for overseeing and quality assuring the LADO service and managing the LADO team, as well as supporting and managing the Education Safeguarding Officer..
As a registered social worker with HCPC you will have a recognised social work qualification as well as a minimum of 5 years’ post qualifying experience of working with children and families. You will also hold a recognised management qualification or have management experience.
