The Safeguarding & QA service are looking to recruit a part time meeting support officer to assist with processes in setting up meetings and ensuring all documents are circulated following Child Protection Conferences and Child in Care reviews. You will required to provide admin support to CP chairs and Independent Reviewing officers who are responsible to oversee plans for children. You will also be able to provide minute taking skills for the teams when required.

Essential Qualifications

Educated to GCSE "C" grade in English and Maths or equivalent.

Essential Experience

Demonstrable ability to carry out a range of tasks and understand the procedures associated with them. Ability to use equipment provided and possess the written and numerical skills needed to compile straightforward reports, correspondence, calculations, carry out assessments

Demonstrable experience of complex minute taking
