The Supporting Healthy Weight Team are recruiting this role to support obesity in pregnancy and early years projects across Medway for children and families. This focuses on the delivery of outcomes and ambitions highlighted in national and local strategies. 

The position will be responsible for delivering pregnancy and early years projects to Medway’s residents and support in the ongoing development of the Medway HEY (Healthy Early Years) award. The role will play a key part in training and building positive relationships with local partners and venues, ranging from midwives, health visitors, infant feeding specialist, children’s and family hubs and other charity or community settings. 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree level study or equivalent evidence of continual professional development. 

Desirable Qualification:

  • UKPHR Practitioner registration or evidence of working towards registration.
