The successful candidate will work closely with Children’s Services to support current programmes and identify the changes required to meet organisational objectives and legislative requirements and then work with the other sections of the Business Change Team, and other relevant departments across the Council, to develop a programme of projects to deliver new capabilities to the service. The successful candidate will then realise the resultant benefits by embedding the capability into business operations and facilitating business changes within their service.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build strong and effective relationships with services, provide effective leadership for implementing change and take an expert lead on analysing a service area and identify areas for improvement/change to meet strategic organisational objectives ensuring that statutory duties are met.
