An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to work in our Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service.  Your role will be central in delivering a quality assurance function across Children’s Services and contributing to corporate safeguarding arrangements. You will report to our Head of Service for Safeguarding and Quality Assurance.

As a registered social worker with HCPC you will have a recognised social work qualification as well as significant experience and understanding of child protection and safeguarding throughout the child’s journey, including proceedings and PLO.

Knowledge and experience of QA auditing is essential together with good analytical skills and the ability to present information confidently to a variety of audiences. You will also have previous experience in preparing for inspections ensuring the service is well placed to meet requirements.
