An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Assistant Director of Adult Social Care.

In this role you will lead on key projects and provide a high level of executive support to the Assistant Director. This includes a wide range of activities and responsibilities, ranging from providing; reports, presentations and briefing notes and supporting various meetings; organisation, agenda setting and distribution, record of meetings and management of action logs to line management of the personal assistant to ensure the smooth running of the Assistant Director’s office.

As the successful candidate, you will have relevant experience and be proficient in the skills required for the role (technical and personal). You will also be able to evidence advanced organisational skills and be able to build strong relationships at all levels within and outside of the organisation.
