Medway Council is looking for a Responsible Individual to oversee our short breaks home and our soon to be opened EBD residential home.

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in the sector of children’s homes and can provide experience, leadership and oversight to the two homes. The individual would be responsible for working with the Registered Managers to create a positive culture and ensure both provisions continue to be and become Good or Outstanding homes. The role is part time but we would be open to discussion about a full time role in the future as the council develops its sufficiency strategy.  

Please note, this post is a 12 month fixed term contract.
