Service Manager - Multi Disciplinary Team
We are looking to recruit a Service Manager for a newly formed and developing Multi-Disciplinary Service within Medway Children Services. The successful candidate will be working in a developing service with some well established teams such as the Family Group Conferencing team and some newly formed teams such as the Adolescent and Neglect Multi-Disciplinary Teams and Specialist Parenting Assessment team.
You will be part of the Provider Services alongside the Fostering and Youth Service.
