Team Manager - Adolescent
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Adolescent team. You will be required to lead a team of social workers, who work with our most vulnerable young people. You will also develop effective partnership working with other Council services and partner agencies to ensure efficient delivery of the service.
You will have significant social work experience, be able to evidence good leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering good outcomes for children, young people and their families.
You will hold a degree or diploma in social work (DipSW), and be registered with Social Work England. You will also be able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and experience of working with children in a statutory setting and ideally have experience of working with ‘Signs of Safety’ or a similar strengths and relationships based practice framework.
