We are recruiting Family Support Workers to join our Children's Social Work team and help make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children, young people and their families.

You will work closely with families to build strong relationships based on respect, providing both practical and specialist advice.

You will hold a caseload, and support social workers who are working with families with multiple and complex needs, in order to improve outcomes for children.

Previous experience of working with families with multiple and complex needs is essential.

You will hold a NVQ level 2 in Social Care, or equivalent, together with GCSE English and Maths at Grade 5 or above, or have relevant previous experience.

A full UK driving licence and daily use of a car is essential.
