Medway Council is looking for an experienced marketing and communications professional to join their busy Communications and Marketing Team.


This is an exciting role acting as providing account management services to a number of services run by the council, but primarily supporting our Public Health and Children, Adults and Education teams, all very high profile areas for the council. 


The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the teams to lead on the creation and delivery of a number of strategic, creative campaigns to help them meet their objectives.  They will take responsibility for managing accounts and liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.  The right candidate will have responsibility for marketing campaigns from conception right through to execution and evaluation.


This is a really exciting role where creativity is key. We are looking for someone with several years’ experience of delivering high quality strategic campaigns at pace, used to juggling the demands of various clients. 


Working as part of a larger team, they will make sure brand values and tone of voice is followed across the council, remain up-to-date in digital communications, help to ensure that service performance targets are met and uphold social media standards.
